<正>目前我国糖尿病病人已经达到5000万,据统计上海60岁以上的老年人患病率已达18.4%。文献[1]报告50%的糖尿病病人一生中至少经历过1次手术,而糖尿病病人围手术期并发症发生率较非糖尿病者高5倍左右。老年糖尿
