<正>近年,甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcino-ma,PTC)发病趋势呈全球化激增,其中甲状腺微小乳头状癌(papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC)所占比重逐渐上升,其诊治热点与争议日益凸显。为进一步提高我国PTMC的诊治水平,并提供更加合理及规范的诊治方案,中国抗癌协会甲状腺癌专业委员会(Chinese Association of Thyroid Oncology,CATO)
