蚯蚓活动对锌污染土壤中氮素转化影响的研究

摘要
:
在实验室条件下 ,蚯蚓的活动能提高高沙土、黄泥土、红壤中氮素矿化量 ,但对 3种土壤中矿质氮含量的影响不同 ,以对高沙土的影响最为显著 ,对黄泥土的影响最小。向土壤中加入 0~ 40 0mg/kg的锌对土壤氮素矿化量没有明显影响。加锌量在 2 0 0mg/kg以下时对土壤硝化作用和反硝化作用有促进作用 ,高于该水平则有抑制作用。加锌量在 0~ 40 0mg/kg范围内 ,蚯蚓对土壤氮素矿化、硝化和反硝化活性的促进作用不受加锌量的影响
