转化生长因子-β1对新生大鼠星形胶质细胞结缔组织生长因子表达的影响

摘要
目的:研究转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)对新生大鼠大脑皮层星形胶质细胞表达结缔组织生长因子(CT-GF)的影响。方法:体外培养的新生SD大鼠大脑皮层星形胶质细胞分为对照组:无血清培养基(FSM)培养;实验组:分别用含1μg/L,2μg/L,4μg/LTGF-β1的FSM培养,24h后,分别用RT-PCR和Western Blot检测2组细胞中CTGF mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:对照组CTGFmRNA和蛋白表达均为阴性;实验组CTGF mRNA和蛋白表达皆呈阳性,且随着TGF-β1质量浓度的增加,2者的表达量有增高的趋势(F=80.889和200.300,P均<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1能上调星形胶质细胞中CTGF的表达。
