前列腺素晚期妊娠引产67例分析

<正> 前列腺素（PG）用于晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟和引产效果肯定,本院产科由中国医学科学院药物研究所提供的15甲基PGF2α甲酯用于晚期妊娠引产67例,现总结分析如下。对象与方法自1985年4月至1985年6月本院产科有引产指征的孕妇,除外明显头盆不称,宫颈改良Bishop 评分≥5分,无前列腺素禁忌证者共67例。用药前全面了解病史和检查病人,如胎心监护、超声波检查、尿E3 测定等了解胎儿胎盘功能。药物剂型为栓剂和海绵块型两种,各含前列腺素1mg,使用无特殊选择。引产成功
