<正>术后胃肠功能障碍在临床中越来越受到重视,它是术后胃肠道功能未能及时恢复带来的一系列症状和体征的统称。术后胃肠功能障碍并不是一个新的现象,最早的文字记载把它描述成一种发生在任何手术后和大严重的剖腹手术后的类型不变的生理反应[1],临床上并不少见,胃肠道功能不能及时恢复功能不但引起一系列并发症,胃肠内压增高导致吻合口
