活性炭在植物组织培养中的作用概述

摘要：

在植物组织培养中经常要用到活性炭。培养基中活性炭的加入可以促进或抑制离体生长。活性炭给培养物创造了暗环境 ,产生了对生长抑制物的吸附作用 ,对生长调节剂及其他有机物的吸附作用 ,还有对其所吸附的生长促进物质的释放作用。
