摘要：

<正>近年来,脑卒中已成危害严重的全球性问题。在美国,脑卒中是导致死亡的第三大疾病。在5 400 000例脑卒中存活者中,超过1 100000例患者存在不同水平的残疾;我国脑卒中每年的发病率为150/10万。随着脑卒中急性期救治率的提高和病死率的逐渐降低,致残率相应增加。86.5%的存活患者遗有不同程度的运动和认知功能、心理或情感障碍,这些问题
