社交媒体超载对用户不持续使用意愿的双刃剑效应

摘要
基于压力交互与处理理论,以"压力源-应变-结果"为模型框架,探索社交媒体超载对用户不持续使用意愿的作用机制,通过线上问卷收集了514位微信用户的数据进行实证分析。研究表明,社交超载、信息超载和交流超载均对疲惫有正向影响,其中社交超载还会增加流体验;疲惫和流体验分别对不持续使用意愿有积极和消极影响;在超载对疲惫和流体验的影响中,以及疲惫和流体验对不持续使用意愿的影响中均存在显著的性别差异。
