<正>椎间盘退变由多因素引起,现有的研究结果提示其与生物力学、创伤、职业、肥胖、遗传等有关,但确切的发生机制仍不明确。生物力学因素是目前被广大学者所认可的引起椎间盘退变的重要因素。流行病学调查显示,重体力劳动、提重物、长时间驾驶及肥胖等因素是与椎间盘退变
