摘要：

金融业的快速发展与普遍存在的金融排斥现象形成了较为鲜明的反差,对现有金融体系缺乏包容性的反思使得对金融包容问题的研究成为学术界关注的热点问题。本文从金融包容的內涵和动因、金融包容水平评价、金融包容的影响因素、金融包容的效应以及促进金融包容性发展的政策五个方面对国外相关研究和实践进行了系统梳理,对我国金融包容问题的研究以及相应政策的制定具有一定的启发意义。
