摘要
睾丸生殖细胞的凋亡是一种重要的生理机制,通过凋亡来调节生精小管中生殖细胞的数目。正常生精过程中, 存在着生殖细胞的主动退化现象,有很多因素参与调节这一过程,其中Bcl-2基因家族在生殖细胞的凋亡过程中起着重要的调节作用。
