摘要：

在乙型病毒性肝炎的垂直传播中,宫内感染途径不仅是最主要的途径之一,也是最难控制与预防的一个环节。本文通过对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)宫内感染的发病机制及预防措施进行探讨,以期为今后制定更加合理的治疗方案提供理论上的依据。
