摘要：

当电力工业市场化改革发展到一定程度之后,有必要建立电力市场分析评价体系来反映市场运营状况和对市场绩效做出合理评估,以引导电力市场的健康发展.由国家电力监管委员会南方监管局和华南理工大学等单位组成的《电力市场分析评价体系研究》课题组也正在致力于这方面的研究工作.首先介绍了该课题形成的背景、旨在解决的中心问题以及研究内容等;之后,描述了国外在电力市场评价方面所做的工作,并以欧洲为例概述了其所采用的电力市场评价指标;接着分析了建立我国电力市场分析评价体系遇到的问题并提出了相应的解决思路;最后,针对目前存在的困难提出了可能的解决途径.
