蛋白质组学技术在骨关节炎研究中的应用

摘要
蛋白质组学技术的迅速发展使疾病特异性生物标记物的快速筛选成为可能,为疾病发病机制研究及新治疗方法探索提供了新途径。骨关节炎相关研究中双向电泳及质谱分析技术等蛋白质组学技术的应用较多,研究中探索了不同标本的预处理流程,并通过与网上数据库的比对可迅速确定蛋白质相关信息。目前已发现几个与骨关节炎相关的蛋白质,但研究均处于初级阶段,所发现的差异蛋白质尚需进一步研究。蛋白质组学技术研究对于深入揭示骨关节炎的病因和病理有重要作用。
