摘要
磁共振扩散加权成像在子宫肿瘤诊断中的应用受到越来越多的关注,特别是普通子宫肌瘤与变性肌瘤的区分,子宫内膜癌和宫颈癌术前病灶的检出、淋巴结转移的判定等,这些直接影响肿瘤的术前分期、预后评估和治疗方案的选择,具有十分重要的临床意义。
