摘要：

目的:探讨急性脑梗死与尿微量白蛋白(U-Alb)、血尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CR)、尿素氮(BUN)水平的相关性。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者164例为梗死组,健康体检者170例为对照组,检测2组U-Alb、血清UA、Cr、BUN水平,应用NIHSS量表对梗死组进行评估。结果:梗死组U-Alb、血清UA、CR、BUN浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。梗死组病情轻重与U-Alb、血清UA、Cr、BUN浓度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死与U-Alb、血清UA、Cr、BUN水平具有相关性。
