人参花总皂甙对小鼠的某些免疫学效应及其机理探讨

摘要
本研究结果表明,人参皂甙可增加初次免疫血清中特异性抗体滴度,以对亚适当剂量抗原刺激的抗体水平增加更明显;可在体内或休外促进 T、B 淋巴细胞致分裂原刺激的小鼠脾细胞的增殖反应;可促进小鼠腹腔细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的活性和升高血清溶菌酶水平;可升高未经抗原刺激之小鼠脾脏 cAMP 和 cGMP 水平,但以升高 cAMP 的效应为主,可升高抗原刺激后小鼠脾脏 cGMP 水平。并对这些结果的意义进行了讨论。
