摘要：

组织工程骨修复骨缺损是当前研究的热点。骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)具有强大的促成骨活性,能够诱导间充质细胞不可逆地分化为骨、软骨组织;BMP-2是成骨能力最强的BMP之一,目前已被广泛应用于骨组织工程领域,并且展现出良好的应用前景。在此分析了近年来BMP-2在骨组织工程中应用研究的文献,概述国际上关于负载BMP-2组织工程骨研究现状及临床应用进展。
