<正>辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell,Th17)是一类不同于Th1、Th2及Treg细胞的新型CD4+效应T细胞,最早由Park等[1]于2005年发现和报道,他们在研究自身免疫性脑脊髓炎等自身免疫性疾病时,发现了一类新的Th细胞亚群,这群细胞以分泌白细胞介素17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)为特征,具有很强的调节组织炎症的作用,并且参与机体多种自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展。后续的研究发现,Th17细胞具有多种生物学效应,可以介导炎性反应,参与自身
