摘要：

西布曲明是一种新型食欲抑制型体重控制剂 ,它没有类似于安非他明的潜在成瘾性。在体内其活性代谢物二级胺M1及一级胺M2 可抑制 5 羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素的再摄取 ,通过增加饱胀感而抑制食欲 ,并诱导产热 ,增加能量消耗。临床研究显示其为有效安全的减肥药物。
