摘要：

差错信息传递问题一直在组织内部不被重视,介绍差错管理文化的相关理论基础,从差错管理文化的角度对其在组织中的应用做了部分探讨,指出培育组织差错管理文化成为解决这些问题的关键所在,并讨论了其理论和实践意义,最后进行总结并给出展望。
