本文综合叙述了以家庭为基础的行为疗法在治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症中的应用。儿童单纯性肥胖症与家庭因素密切相关。其中喂养因素,能量消耗水平和动机因素对肥胖的形成和发展起着重要的作用.肥胖儿童的家庭行为治疗是采用行为矫正技术,在家庭的参与下.对肥胖儿童的不良饮食、运动和生活习惯进行矫正的一种治疗方法,步骤为确定基线行为、设置目标行为、实施行为治疗方案.治疗过程中采取订约、自我监督、增强刺激或惩罚等手段以保证疗效.行为疗法的预期结果为与肥胖有关的不良行为得到矫正、肥胖程度下降、心理状态恢复正常。
