摘要：

女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染好发于生育年龄,其与妊娠的关系颇受关注。综述了妊娠期人乳头瘤病毒的感染状况、人乳头瘤病毒的母婴传播途径、新生儿感染率及其影响因素。妊娠可能选择性的增加人乳头瘤病毒16/18亚型的易感性,可能存在宫内母婴传播人乳头瘤病毒的途径,但母血中的抗HPV抗体可经胎盘进入新生儿血循环中抑制宫内传播。
