QuECHERS-液质联用同步检测蘑菇中多菌灵等3种杀菌剂残留

摘要
建立了蘑菇中3种常见杀菌剂(多菌灵、咪鲜胺、乙霉威)残留的分散固相萃取-液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS)检测方法。采用Qu ECh ERS样品前处理方法,用1%乙酸-乙腈溶液提取,净化后,经Waters AtlantisRT3色谱柱分离,5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)和纯乙腈梯度洗脱,在电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式下测定,外标法定量。3种杀菌剂质量浓度在1~25μg/L范围均呈良好线性,相关系数均大于0.9947;检出下限(S/N=3)为0.08~0.33μg/kg,定量下限(S/N=10)为0.27~1.2μg/kg;在两种基质(新鲜蘑菇、蘑菇罐头)、3个添加水平(8,40,100μg/kg)下的平均回收率为79.3%111.7%,相对标准偏差为1.5%9.3%,方法高效、灵敏、准确,适用于蘑菇中这些杀菌剂的同时检测。
