简要综述了电网中电压暂降和短时中断问题,包括产生的原因和危害、特征量及其测量和统计、仿真计算的建模,以及新颁布的国家标准GB/T30137-2013《电能质量电压暂降与短时中断》。对提高电网的电能质量、改善对敏感性负荷的供电以及该标准的理解、贯彻和执行有一定的促进作用。
