同型半胱氨酸与脑血管疾病

摘要
高Hcy血症是脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,其机制可能与其诱导动脉粥样硬化有关。Hcy代谢相关基因多 态性如MTHFR C677T、CBS T833C、MS D919G、MTRR A66G突变可能通过影响酶的活性导致高Hcy血症,进而与脑血 管疾病相关联。补充叶酸、VitB6和VitB12可以治疗和预防高Hcy血症,但其远期效果有待进一步研究。
