摘要：

企业绿色管理已经成为了全球管理学一个热点研究主题,而跨国公司由于在全球范围内经营,其绿色管理又存在特殊之处。本文梳理了关于跨国公司绿色管理的研究文献,首先回顾了跨国公司对东道国环境的正面和负面影响,接下来就跨国公司绿色管理的动机进行了综述,并对跨国公司绿色管理的全球一体化和本土化战略进行了分析。最后,本文对现有跨国公司绿色管理研究进行了评述,指出了不足和未来可能的研究方向。
