摘要：

Singapore is a country which practices the system of harsh laws and severe punishments.Although there is no official“Lawon News”,many laws related to mass media and their enforcement reflect the severity over its control.This essay arranges the laws and the articles from both political and moral angles to find out the three obvious characters of the mass media control in Singapore,which are the detailed provisions of the laws,the power flexibility of the law executors,and the close coˉordination of economic methods.Therefore,Singapore's practice is of current significance for China in the newinformation cirˉcumstance.
