摘要：

妊娠糖尿病(GDM)的发病率逐年升高, 其与不良妊娠结局及母婴长期并发症密切相关。早期筛查与诊断至关重要。但目前GDM筛查时间、筛查方法及诊断标准尚未统一。从药物的安全性考虑, 以往认为胰岛素是GDM治疗的首选, 且新型胰岛素类似物因其更好的血糖控制和低血糖发生率低而受到推崇。但晚近的研究显示, 口服降糖药(格列本脲和二甲双胍)同样安全有效, 可作为GDM的一线用药。
