外伤性脑梗塞的临床研究进展

摘要
外伤性脑梗塞是颅脑损伤病人较常见的并发症,一旦发生,后果严重,已被人们逐渐认识和重视,有越来越多的学者对外伤性脑梗塞的发生机理和治疗方法进行了大量的研究,近年来的研究认为,创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血、外伤后体内血液动力学改变、创伤性血栓形成、一氧化氮和髓过氧化物酶的缺乏均可导致外伤性脑梗塞的发生,对外伤性脑梗塞的预防和治疗原则首先要保证有效的脑灌注压以及应用钙离子拮抗剂、冬眠低温疗法和高压氧治疗等,另外,许多学者为探索有效的治疗方法,进行了大量的临床实验研究。
