成骨细胞分化调控因子研究进展

摘要
成骨细胞具有维持骨骼结构,调控骨矿化和破骨细胞的功能,其分化受多种因子影响。Wnt信号转导通路中Wnt-10b、Wnt-3a蛋白与成骨细胞分化关系密切;骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)信号通路中BMP-2、BMP-13等蛋白双向调控成骨细胞分化,维护骨量平衡,BMP还能通过调控Osx、Smad1等促进成骨细胞分化;3-磷脂酰肌醇激酶(PI3K)/丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(Akt)信号通路中BMP、大黄素、整合素、血小板衍生生长因子及神经-钙黏素等调控成骨细胞分化;胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路为Runx2、胰岛素及脂代谢相关因子调控成骨细胞分化的必需信号通路,对骨代谢稳定具有重要作用。该文就近年成骨细胞分化调控因子研究进展作一综述。
