青少年自杀意念量表中文版在高中生应用的信效度分析

摘要：

目的修订青少年自杀意念量表,并检验其信效度。方法以Osman,Gutierrez,Kopper,Barrios和Chiros等人编制的自杀意念量表(Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation,PANSI)为蓝本,按量表翻译程序将PANSI翻译成中文,选取河南省开封、三门峡和安阳3个地区850名高中生,对所得数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果 1探索性因子分析(KMO=0.93,P<0.001)提取了2个因子,分别是消极自杀意念和积极自杀意念,累计贡献率为65.59%,项目负荷在0.59～0.88之间。验证性因素分析的指标:χ2/df为3.842,GFI为0.908,NFI为0.969,RFI为0.963,CFI为0.977,IFI为0.977,TLI为0.972,RMSEA为0.073;2全量表的Cronbach a系数为0.92,2个维度的a系数分别为0.95、0.81;维度间相关系数为0.55,2个维度与总分之间的相关系数为0.84和0.91。结论 PANSI中文版具有良好的信效度,可以用于我国青少年自杀意念的测评。
