摘要
活性氧是细胞内多种氧化还原反应的正常代谢产物 ,但是 ,当活性氧的生成速率大于清除速率时 ,即造成活性氧的蓄积。过多的活性氧除直接损伤细胞外 ,还可通过信号转导系统调控某些基因的表达 ,并引发一系列病理生理过程。在心血管系统中 ,各种氧化物前体可刺激血管细胞产生活性氧 ,后者通过介导低密度脂蛋白氧化、促进细胞内多种蛋白质磷酸化及转录因子活化而激活炎症相关基因的表达 ,进而加速动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。
