我国城市中小学生营养不良现状和20年动态变化

摘要
【目的】分析我国城市学生营养不良现状并作20年动态变化。【方法】使用2007年WHO新生长参照值;年龄别身高筛查生长迟滞,年龄别体质指数筛查消瘦,χ2检验示各性别-年龄组年度间差异的显著性。【结果】近20年来城市学生营养状况得到显著改善,两类营养不良检出率大幅下降。生长迟滞率男女分别从9.2%和8.0%下降至2.7%和3.0%,降幅2.4和1.7倍。同期消瘦率从男20.8%、女17.6%分别下降至10.5%和9.7%;消瘦性营养不良依然存在,检出率男高于女,青少年高于儿童。【结论】WHO新参照值可用于我国城市群体营养不良筛查,但是否适用于全人群尚需进一步论证。就进一步改善城市学生营养状况提出策略和措施建议。
