摘要：

现有的争端解决机制选择的经验研究,主要关注单边行动和WTO争端解决机制。文章在此基础上,进一步检验双边磋商和WTO争端解决机制的选择问题,检验结果表明:政治、经济因素对于双边和多边机制的选择都有不同程度的影响,并且政治因素的影响更为显著,进而在结论中提出了对中国的启示。
