<正>正常肠黏膜可发挥其屏障功能,对肠腔的细菌、毒素吸收充分阻断,而机体在脓毒症中,由于缺血再灌注损伤、大量炎症介质释放、肠道微生态失衡均造成肠黏膜的不断损伤,进而导致肠道毒素、细菌、代谢产物移位,直接造成脓毒症加重,甚至诱发多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)[1],肠道已成为脓毒症发病全过程的关键位点。如何准确评估脓毒症患者的肠功
