双元能力对企业绩效的影响——对软件接包企业的实证研究

摘要：

在日益复杂多变的环境中,企业越来越多地采用双元组织模式。通过72家软件接包企业的问卷调研,回归结果表明:探索能力可以促进企业绩效,应用能力与企业绩效之间是倒U型关系,而双元能力有助于企业提高绩效。方差分析也表明双元能力程度越高越有利于提高企业绩效。
