鼻咽癌放疗后并发症中吞咽困难者多见,发病率随生存时间延长而逐年增加,严重影响了患者的生存质量,对其早期诊断、评估及治疗日益受到重视。目前国内外吞咽评估手段多样,除了通过临床症状、体征、临床初筛试验等主观评估,越来越多仪器检测如纤维内镜、食道测压、磁共振等客观评估被应用或试用于吞咽功能评估上。本文对目前国内外主要的吞咽相关仪器评估方法的进展及相应检测中鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍者的表现进行比较。
