摘要：

建立了一种化妆品中雌性激素类药物的液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法。对化妆品样品,采用乙腈超声提取,凝胶渗透净化色谱（GPC）净化,液质联用仪（LC-MS/MS）分析。结果表明:7种雌激素（雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮、己烷雌酚、己烯雌酚、己二烯雌酚和炔雌醇）线性关系良好（r≥0.995）;方法检出限为0.2～2.4 mg·kg-1,平均回收率为69.4%108.7%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为4.5%12.4%。
