摘要：

<正>足底筋膜炎是导致足跟痛最主要的病因,普通人群约有10%患此疾病导致足底筋膜炎发病的主要诱发因素有足弓先天异常、肥胖、过度运动、双下肢不等长以及足踝部筋膜弹性不足、腓肠肌挛缩等。当过度运动或长时间站立时,由于脚趾背屈及纵向足弓的拉伸作用,导致足底筋膜的张力增高,长时间的张力载荷即可导致足底筋膜的急性或慢性损伤。足底筋膜炎的诊断主要依赖于病史和体格检查,典型症状为"first-step pain",即晨起或休息后第一步开始感觉疼痛,活动
