摘要：

手术治疗2型糖尿病有了显著进展,并有多种术式,如可调控性胃束带术、胆胰分流术、Roux-en-Y胃转流手术、腹腔镜胃转流术、腹腔镜迷你胃转流术等。本文将对腹腔镜迷你胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的手术方式、疗效及其手术机制进行初步探讨。
