<正>颈椎病是指颈椎椎间盘退行性改变,及其继发的病理改变累及周围组织而引起的各种症状和体征。目前,国内对"颈椎病"的病名定义过多注重颈椎本身的病理变化,而忽略了软组织劳损亦是致病的重要因素。国际上倾向将这类疾病统称为"颈椎疾病"(cervical myelopathy或cervical degeneration disorder),并按其临床症候群大致分为:轴向疼痛、神经根病和脊髓病。随着生活节奏和生活方式的改变,慢性颈痛发病率渐
