详细分析数字科研、数字教育、数字管理和数字图书馆融合下的综合数字环境及其用户对多种信息资源的集成分析利用需求,对NCBI、PIR和中国科技基础条件平台的信息资源体系进行深入研究,在此基础上提出综合数字环境下综合信息资源体系建设的基本要求和总体思路。
