摘要：
The "Agreements on the Border Division of Tonkin Bay Territorial Sea,Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf" and "Agreements on the Fishery Cooperation in the Tonkin Bay" had been taken effect on June 30th,2004,marking the win-win settlement of the Tonkin Bay dispute.The mutual beneficial settlement of long-existing historical issues between two countries by means of friendly negotiation shows the ability and wisdom of the two sides involved,the People's Republic of China and Vietnam,providing a good example for sottling with other issues of similar quality.
