女性冠心病的特点

摘要
在许多国家,冠心病都是发病率和死亡率居首位的疾病。在过去的20年,男性冠心病死亡率逐年下降,在女性却观察不到这种趋势。许多研究发现,女性冠心病在临床表现、发病机制、危险因素及诊断方面都和男性有所差异。现拟对女性冠心病的特点作一综述。
