高灵敏度光纤光栅水下压力传感研究

摘要
提出了一种新型的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压力增敏的边孔封装技术,分析了它的工作机理和制作工艺,并采用聚合物材料进行了实际制作。结果表明,封装后FBG的压力灵敏度为5251pm/MPa,是封装前压力灵敏度的1750倍,较大程度减小了压力增敏效果对聚合物材料参数的依赖性,可满足高精度水下压力测量的应用要求。
