摘要：

慢性荨麻疹是指反复发作风团和/或血管性水肿持续≥6周的荨麻疹患者,其病因复杂,治疗困难。近年来随着对其病因及发病机制的深入研究,治疗方面也有了新的进展,抗阻胺药物、单克隆抗体治疗、补充微量元素和维生素等药物的使用,都取得了一定进展,并提出了要对慢性荨麻疹患者进行教育,适当给予心理干预治疗。本文对慢性荨麻疹的治疗进行综述,从中探索慢性荨麻疹各种治疗方法的优势与不足,为临床规范化治疗提供依据。
