脉冲电磁场成骨生物学效应的研究进展

摘要
近年来,脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)在分子、细胞、组织和器官水平对成骨的影响已被广泛研究。PEMFs通过影响细胞分子信号转导、调节相关基因、蛋白合成以及各种细胞因子分泌来调节细胞增殖和分化,抑制骨吸收,促进新骨形成和骨折愈合,并被广泛用于临床上治疗骨折、骨折延迟愈合、骨不连以及脊柱融合。此外,PEMFs还能够提高与组织工程支架联合培养的种子细胞活性。
