摘要：

目前国内外已有很多文献对战略联盟(以下简称联盟)绩效进行研究,但将伙伴选择、伙伴关系与联盟绩效三者联系在一起的研究文献很少。提出一个理论框架,以联盟绩效评价标准为中间变量,考察伙伴选择与伙伴关系对联盟绩效的影响。研究发现,战略匹配、资源匹配、能力匹配与联盟绩效正相关;承诺、信任、沟通、冲突解决方法的有效性与联盟绩效正相关。最后,用北京现代汽车有限公司案例对提出的理论模型和观点进行验证。
